In this picture I can see woman and girl.  The girl has got red stright hair. She is wearing grey sweatshirt. The woman has got dark hair. She is wearing glasses and black blouse.  The girl is waiting for something from the woman. I think that the woman it is a doctor or nurse.  Probably she is writing prescription for the girl.
