They are wearing green hats and several of them are wearing clothes with national colours of their country.On the left and on the right there're dwarfs with long beards.In the background in a crowd of people there's also a truck with a red loudspeaker on the roof.It comes to my mind that author of this photo had taken it when parade began already.
