1. Yes, it was about a week ago. I bought MP3 player, but when I got home and plugged my headphones it wasn't working correctly. I had to call helping service and day after they gave a refund.

2. Yes, the shop called "Amazon" is my favourite 'cause you can buy pretty much everything u want. You can buy there books, movies, music and games. Also electronics, toys, apparel, sports, tools, groceries and general home and garden items.

3. I think that main advantage is that you don't have to go anywhere to buy what you want and possibility of reading an opinion about product.
Also you can save some time and save money because many products are cheaper than in real shops.
