1. who – se utiliza para personas:
The man who lives on the second floor is a doctor.
The girl who works at the supermarket is ill.
2. which – se utiliza para objetos / animales:
The book which you gave me is interesting.
The dog which is always barking is called Bobby
The pen which you gave me doesn't work
3. whom – puede sustituir a who cuando este cumple una función de complemento en la frase relativa. También puede ser omitido:
The man (who / whom) you saw is my brother
The people with whom I work are always late
Importante: whom es la única opción cuando el pronombre va precedido por una preposición.
The man to whom you spoke is my brother. (Y no: The man to who you spoke …)
