Staying healthy is a complicated thing nowadays as there are so many ways to ruin our health. But there are some simple rules that we should follow not to have lots of problems with our health now or in the future.
First thing is that we shouldn't eat too much sweets or junk food because they won't make us healthy or fit. In fact we shouldn't generally eat more than we need for example just because we don't know what to do. We have to remember about fruit and vegetables which have vitamines and are good for our health.
The other thing is that we should stay active. In our everyday life we ought to find some time for excercising, going to a gym or to a swimming pool. Especially in summer we should do some sports and spend lots of time outdoors. This will make us feel better, stay healthy and fit.
Next thing that signiticantly distructs our health is that more and more of us smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs. None of them is good for our health and they can lead to very serious diseases and even death in the worst cases.
Basically if we remember about those things leading a healthy lifestyle will become a piece of cake although at the beggining it might seem impossible to change so many things.
