VINCENT VAN GOGH
Vincent van Gogh is a very fomous painter. Everyone in the world knows his work, and his paintings sell for millions of dollars. But he wasn't famous when he was alive, and he only sold one painting before he died.
Van Gogh was born in the Netherlands in 1853. He had a difficult life because he suffered from mental illness. He never got married. He didn't begin to draw and paint seriously until he was 27, and he died just ten years later. But in that time, he produced more yhan 2,000 paintings and drawings.
At first, Van Gogh painted poor people and used only dark colours. Later he moved to the south of France. He loved the sunlight there, and his style of painting became colourful and exciting. But Van Gogh was often depressed and his mental illness became worse. First he cut off part of his own ear, and then in 1890, he shot himself.

Freddie Mercury
Freddie Mercury (really: Farrokh Bulsara) is a British musician, rock singer and songwriter, frontman of the British band Queen. Repeatedly awarded the title of one of the best singers in the history of popular music, the author of such works as "Bohemian Rhapsody," "We Are the Champions", "Somebody to Love", "Killer Queen" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love". He died due to complications caused by AIDS.
Freddie Mercury was bornin Zanzibar in 1946. In 1964, at age 18, due to the civil war in Zanzibar, along with his parents and younger sister went to England and settled in Feltham. Although he was shy and secretive, as he admitted it on stage was an energetic and charismatic performer, recognized as one of the best showmen in the history of rock music. Singer does not consider himself a leader of the team, claiming that all members are equal, but it was focused on the audience's attention.
Freddie Mercury was openly bisexual person, although in some interviews also defined themselves as gay. The artist for 6 years was associated with Mary Austin. Probably in the spring of 1987 he learned that he was suffering from AIDS. Despite the obvious signs of a fatal disease such as Kaposi's sarcoma on the hands and face, the artist denied that anything was wrong with him until the day before his death, November 23, 1991 issued a statement in which he wrote about his illness. He died at his home Garden Lodge in London, 24 November 1991 at 19.20 on fungal pneumonia due to the weakening of the resistance caused by AIDS. He was 45 years old.
