In my opinion, developed in the first place should be a place for entertainment. All playing fields, parks, clubs and discos. The population would then more opportunities, so it would not be bored. City authorities should also take care of trash bins and ecological attractions such as parks, lawns, sidewalks and street repair. In second place should be to build special facilities for tourists, or hotels, museums and many others.
Less important but also needs to be done is the overall aesthetics of the city. The city should fix all the old houses, fix the holes in the streets, put more parks, trees and flowers that the city was too good from the other side.
