Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the TV which I purchased in your shop “Dream House” in London on 12th August. Let me tell you about main problem concerning the purchased device. The new TV has worked for only two days. After this time the was no sound and the picture quality was very poor. Instead of being concerned I feel very frustrated about this fact. I would like to ensure you that the device was always used according to the manuals so the crash cannot be my fault. What more, after it had broken, I did not try to fix it. I believe this disappointment entitles me to a full refund or a replacement of the faulty TV.I hope this matter will receive your immediate attention. I look forward to hearing from you.
