Recipe for pancakes (about 10 pieces of large but thin):
• 150 g flour • 2 eggs • 250 ml milk • pinch of salt • mineral water or plain water
• butter or vegetable oil for frying

Sift the flour, add the eggs, milk and salt. Mix, cover with a cloth and let stand for 30 minutes. Prior to the cooking add water to the dough in an amount to provide a suitable consistency of the dough (about 1/2 - 3/4 cup). Pancakes fry both sides of the hot medium with a thin Teflon pan bottom, a small quantity of butter or vegetable oil.
