Nowadays many scientists claim that healthy food is essential to stay fit and well. However majority of people forget about it which might be dangerous for them! First very unhealthy habit is eating nothing in the morning. Breakfast is the most important dish during the whole day. Sadly many teenagers ignore it; they work hard at school but have no energy source which may finish terrifyingly. The next very unhealthy habit is going to fastfoods very often. Fastfood chains, like McDonald's or KFC, are very successful, for they are everywhere, are cheap and the food is ready in a second. It's really comfortable just to get in, take a sandwich takeaway, and go out. That's the worst thing we can do. Such harmless sandwich has no nutritional value; moreover it has only empty calories. So if we get used to such food, we will get fat fast, not giving our organism what it needs in the same time.
We should all remember about how important it is to eat healthy and regularly! We cannot miss any meal because we 'have no time' or so... Every and each of us needs a power source which we are supposed to provide. Moreover, unhealthy fastfoods will only let us feel full but they will never give us vitamins and energy - instead calories and chemicals.
