1. didn't finish / hasn't finished

2. didn't make / hasn't made

3. didn't listen to / haven't listened to / (don't listen to)

4. didn't put / hasn't put

5. didn't read / hasn't read

 

Ponieważ nie podałeś zakresu materiału, wypisałem kilka poprawnych wersji:

Pierwsze są w formie Past Simple

Drugie są w formie Present Perfect

Trzecia w trzecim zdaniu to forma Present Simple

 

A zależności jaki przerabiasz teraz materiał wybierz odpowiednią formę :)
