The weather is changing a few times a day. But generally it is rainy. Morning is very foggy. There is about five degrees below zero and the wind is blowing all day.  On the East there isn't any rain, it is very sunny and warm. On the West the weather is worse than on the East - no sun, only clouded sky and rain. On the northern part of our country the weather is the same as on the East. On the southern part the sun is shining but it is raining too. There aren't any storms today.
