- Serve immediatly.

Ingredients:

5 ounces of breadcrumbs

4 ounces of raisins

3 ounces of flour

2 apples (peeled and grated)

3 ounces of fat

5 tablespoons of milk

3 ounces of white sugar

1 egg

a pinch of salt

 

Instructions:

1. Put the breadcrumbs, flour, fat, sugar and salt into a large mixing bowl.

2. Add the raisins and apples.

3. Mix everything well.

4. Beat the egg into the milk.

5. Add this to the mixing bowl and stir.

6. Put everything into a pudding basin and cover tightly with foil.

7. Steam the pudding for 2 hours.
