B: Hi, I would like to buy a house in London.
A: Well, I would recommend a nice house in the center, near Soho.
B: Ok, so can you tell me more about the house?
A: It's small, but there is a big kitchen, two bedrooms on first floor,  and two bathrooms- one downstairs and second one upstairs.
B: I like it, Is there a dinning room?
A: Yes there is. It's next to the kitchen downstairs.
B: Great, and what about the garden?
A: The garden is very big, there is a barbecue place and a small swimming pool.
B: Sounds great! But I think it's expensive.
A: No, it's only 1 million.
B: Good, I take it :)
