I have never expected this to be such an amazing day. Today I got up at seven o'clock, thinking I was going to school, and there it was... A letter on the kitchen table informing me about my day off. Soon after that, my best friend called me to let me know he was on his way to my house. Once I realised what was going on, I jumped into the shower and got dressed real quick. When he arrived, he told me about our trip to Thorpe Park. I was amazed, because I love Thorpe Park. I grabbed my jacket and off we went to catch a train.

Once we got off at Thorpe Park, we realised we had our discount tickets on us, meaning we would only have to pay half the price of a standard ticket. This meant more money for shopping later on. First ride we went on was the stealth. It was the tallest rollercoaster built in London so far. All the excitement was killing us, and we got hungry. We got some chips from McDonalds, and it was finally time to get going. We got on the train, and I have realised I was holding my best friends hand. Before we knew it, we flew away into a love daydream which we didn’t want to wake up from. From then, we’re known as the best couple in the school.
