Pope John Paul II (praw.Karol Wojtyla, ur.18maja 1920., Amended 2 April 2005.)-Pole, who on October 17, 1978. was elected pope. He was born in Wadowice. His mother, Emilia was a housewife. Martin Luther King- a fomous campaigner

One of th most vital avocates of nonviolence methods of social change, Martin Luther King, Jr was born Atlanta on 15 January 1929. King studied at Crozer Theological Seminary in Pennsylvania and Boston University. He married Coretta Scot in 1953, and then receive his Ph.D in systematic theology in 1955.

On 5 December 1955, he was elected president of Montgomery Improvement Association. Next year segregation laws became unconstitutional.

Seeking to build upon success in Montgomery, King founded the Southern Christian Leadership Conference in 1957. In 1959, King toured India and further developed his understanding of Gandhian nonviolent strategies.

In 1960, black college students initiated a wave of sit-in protest and King supported the student movement. Mass demonstrations culminated in the March on Washington on 28 August 1963. On the steps of the Lincoln Memorial King delivered his famous '' I Have a Dream '' speech.

The same year he got the Nobel Peace Prize. In 1964 thanks to President Kennedy broad civil rights for the  Blacks were legislate by Congress. Four years later, on 4 april 1968, King was assassinated.
