I am writing to complain about a cd player I bought from London on 15 th August 2011
There are some problems with the cd player because it was working last week.
Firstly when I switch it on the screen stays blank. I have put new batteries in the cd player but it still does not work. Secondly colour of it is not black as I was promised but grey. I took the cd player back to the store but the manager told me to contact you directly. I am enjoying a copy of the receipt. Would you like you to send me a new cd player and pick up the old one or give me a refund as soon as possible.
