Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the walkman that I bought on April, 2006 from one of your dealers in Londol (the shop in the Tanarium shopping centre).
I chose the ZX-5542151 model, because it has the build-in speaker, that I have always wanted, and the shop assistant told me, that it was the best available model. Now, it is hard to belive, considering that I have lots of problems with my walkman: the speaker is cracking all the time, most of the buttons on the control panel are stuck, and the left headphone is not working.
How can you help me? Is it possible that your company will repair my walkman, if I send it by the courier? How fast can it be done? I look forward to hearing from you.
