Dear Sir, I am writing in response to information about job in your firm which was published in "Daily mail" on 17th June. 
I would like to apply for the position of cooker in your restaurant - "Chinese food" in London. In my opinion I have got the necessary qualifications in this kind of job. I have finished high culinary school and I have just finished a two-year cookery course with specialization in Chinese and Indian food.  Moreover I speak Chinese fluently because my grandfather is from China.  In addition, I am a creative person with big imagination so I could make some new exotic recipes. I am interested in all kind of food, culinar tv shows and I want to make my own cookbook. I would like to get job only in weekend because I am going to study on Culinary University.
