✎ Dear Sir or Madam, 
I am writing with a view to expressing my profound dissatisfaction with the smartphone I purchased on [the] 9th of March via the official website of your company. The appliance I bought is Samsung Galaxy S8, deemed a state-of-the-art model.

First of all, never have I been more dejected. The package was supposed to be delivered in three weekdays, regrettably, it arrived after two weeks. Morever,  scarcely had I opened the parcel when I noticed there was a scratch on the screen. To make matters worse, it transpired the volume buttons function inappropriately. Whenever I turn the sound up, it turns down. Last but not least, unfortunately, the phone appears to be irresponsive to finger tapping.    

In conclusion, I feel genuinely resentful by the way I have been treated. Having included the bill of sale, I am sending the device back to you. As a reimbursement I demand a full refund; otherwise I shall be enforced to take legal action.

The English language has always engaged my attention. Therefore, that field of study has unalterably been perceived by me as a question of the first magnitude and the level of proficiency I have managed to master is C2 which is a nearly native-speaker level. I have also worked as a lecturer at a language school. More importantly, I hold a Certificate of Proficiency in English.  

I believe I would be well-suited for the position of the Community Manager. I have been a part of your online community for the past six years. Consequently, I have managed to gain precious experience. I consider myself to be dependable and conscientious which would make me an excellent employee. 

I think the aforementioned reasons will make me an ideal candidate for the job. I have enclosed a copy of my CV. I would be pleased to send you my references.
