I am writing to complain about a iPod that I bought at your Internetshop on the first of March 2009. When this iPod was deliverd to my house, I was very happy. Unfortunately, when I took it out of the carboard-box, it was faulty and did not work. In addition it was scrached. I have some e-mails to your Internetshop and I have written lettrs to your office and I called every day. But.. It is a waste of time and money. I demand a full refund or I hope you will send me a new iPod.
