Dear Phonex
On 1st March 2010 I took a new contract with you. You gave me Sony erricson w890. I am not happy with this phone because it has faults. Firstly when I call it sometimes turns off, secondly when I call I can't hear on normal volume I have to put it on loud speaker. I am sending you the phone back and i want a new one. If the new one dosen't arrive in 14 days I am breaking the contract.
