Dear Sir/Madame,
I am writing to complain about my tour which I purchased in your Travel Agency.
I am not satisfied with my stay in 'Palac' - the turkish hotel, which your agency booked for me. It wasn't exactly like it was written in a folder form your agency.
Firstly, the food in this hotel was tasteless and the bread was stale. The hotel didn't serve an italian cousine - in the folder it was written that it will be.
Secondly, the staff was unpolite and didn't help me with the directions in the city. They had lost my luggage too.
I demand a half refund.
