Hi, I'm Adam and I live in Edinburgh, in Scotland. On a school day, I have a quick breakfast because I leave the house quite early. I usually jusyt have cereal with milk, and a glass of orange juice. On Saturday my brother and I play a lot of sport so we always have a big breakfast. We usually have sausages with eggs and tomatoes and we have toast and jam too.

When and why does he have a big breakfast? Because he does a lot of things on a daily basis and consumes energy. So he need this food to have energy to do all these thing on a day.
