(There are many differences between english and polish language, particularly in grammar. Even though the languages differs in other aspects, too.) In polish language some sounds may be written in various ways. In both these languages there are exceptions in spelling. (You will never manage to write and speak mistakelessly if you do not get to know them.) In general polish language seems to be more colourful. There is both masculine and feminine gender. It is also more difficult to learn. On the other hand there are many grammar tenses in english. The language is also far more popular.
