I always start my day with a glass of a water to maintain a constant level of body hydration. I don’t really think of products that I’m going to use to do my breakfast so I eat different meals every day. I’m fit and I’m eating only a little but it’s always something that will satisfy my stomach. To be sure, I’m also trying not to get lost in my idea of being like all of these Instagram nutritionists. Mostly cereal catch my attention at the morning, especially when I’m absolutely tired/exhausted/beat and sleepy so I usually eat them with milk or yogurt and add some fresh fruits like a banana. To make it more diverse I make a shake from spinach and carrots. For lunch I bring some fruits as well for instance strawberries and grapes and I eat them at 12am, when I have my longer break between two classes. I end up my classes at 2pm so I go home by myself and also talking to my best friend who lives across from my house. At 4pm I usually start to get belly rumbles (hungry) so it means I gotta prepare something to eat for a dinner. I do love steamed vegetables like broccoli, carrots, peppers and onions. I could eat it every single day and it would not be boring. My key to make your meal delicious is just to season the vegetables well. Literally this basic thing can satisfy me in 100% and make my day better and happier. After that I go to my room, check social medias to find some food for my supper and chat with my friends. I do my supper around 8-9pm. The most common are toasts with cheese, tomato and basil.
