I recently met a frenchman in my city and he tried to explain to me that he needed to get to Warsaw. at first I had no idea how to help him. He showed me Warsaw on his phone, so I guessed what he meant. I took him to the train station in my city, showed him the departures panel and told him which train was going where, using an app that changed my language to his - French, when he asked me for details we also used this app, explaining to him where exactly to get off. He also gave me money to buy his ticket. At the end, he thanked me very much for my help and I just said that it was not a problem for me.
