Is eating out is a better idea of cooking at home? Is it worth it to spend such large amounts of money on trips with friends to pubs? Last week we talked about eating the manor, today we examine ordering meals in restaurants. I invite you cordially to the last part of the struggle with the eternal question - we are at home or eat somewhere in town?
Eating out - pros and cons Behind:
1. We can taste the dishes, which they themselves can not cook. Suppose you love to eat seafood, but we can not prepare them as well as at the restaurant. Simply do not have the gift of cooking gourmet meals, the ingredients are very expensive, wasted time and products several times, trying to learn and still go out. In this case, nifty option is nierezygnowanie favorite foods to cook at home. It is worth to spend a little more money and move out of the city to taste the flavors of their loved ones.
2. Cool excuse to meet with friends in the city. Polish hospitality is famous all over the world :) It's a beautiful custom, but nowadays more and more often overlooked. Why? Because finishing work at 17 (at best) it is easier to catch with friends in some tavern on the town.
3. Do not waste time on cooking (ie option for hardworking). Already once wrote about it, do not know how to cook by yourself is kind of like not to have a hand, and no shame. Making scrambled eggs and one soup-cream is not no philosophy - this does not need knowledge of black magic. But there is something else that bothers us to enjoy the delights of homemade food - work. We are busy, busy, his thoughts still elsewhere. No wonder that so many people choose to order catering, or one-time delivery to the home. I understand, respect and the same time this option using1Vegetarianism is a healthy diet. I believe that state is a true one and I'll try to prove it. Firstly, people who do eat meat more often suffer from serious heart diseases. It is because meat contains very dangerous fats, that make make a bad cholesterol grow up and, as a result, our veins are getting thinner and thinner. Blood doesn't have enough place to move ahead and clogs up. This may even ends up in a hospital or, in the worst case, into a grave. People, who have resigned from eating this kind of food are supposedly almost unable to have such a high chlesterol level in blood, so they don't have a chance to have this kind of health problems. Next thing is more delicate, it's soomething like ethic, fragility and even religion. Many people don't want to kill animals and, in addition, eat them. It is simply cruelty and unfairness towards creatures, that are, in some sense, quite close to us. We have our pets at home, we admire their behaviour while watching programmes, like Discovery and simillar ones, so we share our world with them. I think it's sensible and reasonable that many people don't want to have anything in common with such a savagery as taking their lifes away and them consume their bodies. Of course, there are also disadvantages of vegetarianism. One of them is a nutritional balance, it turns out to be much harder to keep our nutrients in proper quantity, after giving up eating meat. But, it isn't impossible. There are natural substitutes for example soia beans or lentils and also multivitamins that help us implement any kind of shortages. In conclusion I consider vegetarianism as a definitely beneficial diet. Even if we don't mind killing animals, nor have any ethical perceptions that make us think this way, we should care about our health. Inside meat there are a load of antibiotics, hormones and other additions, that, I'm pretty sure, have terrible influence on our health state.1Vegetarianism is a healthy diet.
