I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I try to eat fish 3 times a week and every day I eat chicken meat. My mother makes me home-made bread. I drink only sugar-free drinks, often water and green tea. I don't eat fast food and I try not eating cheese. I don't drink fizzy drinks. I have lost 5 kilos and now I feel much better, I do some excercises everyday and I am not tired as I used to be. XYZ
