My name is ( twoje imię ) , and im scared of hights , when i go somewhere hight like on a balcony or a tree i get nausa and fell like im about to faint . The way i fight whit it is eazy :

i try to not go in hight places but if i have to i dont look down if its posible , i also get used to something so if i stay at a specified hight im not that scared of it , i also fell better

when someone is there to help me or make me fell better , i also have a second thing that im scared of ... and its spider... i hate them , they have so many legs and most of them are full of little hairs its so discusting , i hate them , and i hate the felling when they touch me , once i was at a carnival and the clown given me a spider on a hand it was non venomus and it was trained so i feld better about it but still it was gross!!!
