Biography Rihanna
 In December 2003, Rihanna met through mutual friend of the American music producer Evan Rogers. The singer and two members of her team took part in a hearing organized by Rogers in his hotel room [4]. The manufacturer said that "at a time when Rihanna walked into the room, the two previous girls ceased to exist." During the casting Rogers sang a cover version of Destiny's Child Emotion [5]. Rihanna was impressed with the manufacturer and invited her to a second meeting with her mom, during which offered her a recording together with Carl Sturkenem in their recording studio in New York [6]. At age 16 he was to miss school and won a school talent show with the song Hero by Mariah Carey [7]. Over the next year Rihanna often traveled to Rogers home in Stamford, Connecticut. With the help Sturkena recorded four tracks demo [8], among others a cover of Whitney Houston Last Time [5] and its first hit Pon De Replay.
