I bought MP3 Player in your shop and he is damaged. It was on Monday 21th March in BigEyeCentre. I would like return MP3 and have money back, because you promised that it will be the best which you've got- he is terrible. Also I don't want to have diffrent Player from your shop. I'm disappointed of service and term of the contract.
