I heard that you problem with choosing what to buy : detached house or flat in block. Personally I suggest you buying detached house. Nowadays prices are really comperable. Detached house ensure you peace, relax. You don't have to care if neighbours don't like music you listen to, you can set your own rules, in block of flats you couldn't behave like that. I also know you always dreamed about garden, so I'm sure detached house is something, what you are looking for.
