I'm very sorry but I can't visit you in London.

I'm really sick, I have a flu.

Doctor recommended me to stay in bed and drink a lot of water, that's what I will do.

Unfortunately this winter break I'll just stay at home and rest until I will get better.

I hope that you are healthy and that we can meet next time.
