Dear Mark,
Thank you for your e-mail. You are planning to visit me, that's a wonderful idea since I haven't seen you for a while. It would be a great opportunity to catch up and talk about some stuff. I have already made plans for July. I'm going to visit my aunt so I won't be able to meet you during that month, but in August I have a lot of free time to do so. It would be a better option for me if we met each other in the first two weeks of August because I'm going to have my house redecorated later. 
I'd be grateful if you could tell me when you are going to visit me and how long it will take. I can't wait to meet you again.
