Computers and internet are very useful. Personally I use them to talk with my friends online and sometimes to play computer games. On the internet I can also find useful informations about various [różnorodne] subjects. But on the other hand [z drugiej strony] if some people use computers too much they can become addicted to them. It's hard to fight it - especially because nowadays most children already can't live without computers - but it's not impossible to. In my opinion if computers wouldn't be used too much they could be very helpful.
