Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the supper which I ate in your restaurant on 28th of February 2013. I am very disappointed with organisation. Unfortunately my order was inconsistent with what I got. I ordered champagne, beverages, snacks and hot dishes. I got wine, fruits, pizza and fizzy drinks. Besides the quality of meals was terrible. I want to express dissatisfaction with your service. I spoke with waitress and she was very rude and did not to help me. I did not have chance to speak with restaurant menager. I hope I get some recompense for the mistake committed by your staff. I will appreciate if you would consider giving me a full refund. I hope my problem will be solved.
I am enclosing the receipt.
