I am writing with the aim of inquiring for further information in response to your announcement published in a local newspaper. I would be interested in buying one of the terraced house you presented there. Would you be so kind as to answer a few questions?

I would like to find out how far it is to get to the city centre and the nearest bus stop. Could you please tell me if the house is fully-furnished? Is there a bath in the bathroom?

I am wondering if there is a possibility of doing sport somewhere nearby? I am a passionate athlete and I need to exercise daily. I go to the cinema or to the theatre with my friends every week and I would like to ask you if there is some kind of such a place?
