Typical Polish Breakfast

A typical polish breaksfast would consist of just sandwiches, however in England you eat things like bacon, egg and toast in Poland you don't usually have toast. Fresh bread is used widely in Poland, you can buy it at any time of the day aspecially in the morning. A really posh breakfast would probablly consist of thigs like fish, cold salad and some other good things, including the best bread money cna buy. In Poland you don't usually eat cereal for breakfast, maybe for a snacl later.

There's no recipe for perfect breakfast in Poland. Everyone eat what they want but the most popular are sandwiches. Everybody eat sanwiches with differents type of bread, vegetable, cheese or ham. They're eaten by everybody independently of age, taste, even diet. If you don't know what to eat- you'll probably take sandwich. It's easy to prepare and tasty.

  A lot of people eat omlets,  boiled or fried eggs.  Poles eat toast on breakfast too. They're with with cheese and ham or fish for example. People like to eat musli with milk and sausages . It's very popular. Some of people eat french beagles. Poles doesn't eat very fat or unhealthy things. Frying bacon isn't popular.  

However, when the ecological food became famous people who support them suddenly had stopped to eating sausages and meat. They've just replaced it with ecological bread and vegetables.  It's sometimes just about fashion or - in another case-  saving environment. If it's about eating breakfast it deppends of somebody's diet or taste. Anyway, poles sometimes doeasn't eat breakfast becouse they don't have time for this. It happens sometimes.

 Childern like to eat some musli with milk or toasts with chocolate cream.  Mostly they eat some sweat thing for brakfast so it's hard to make them to eat something healthy.
