Muszę ułożyć 2 dialogi w których pojawia się następujące problemy . Podzielę je na dwie grupy : 1. restauracja : soup cold , beef too salty , order late , bread stale , vegatables overcooked 2. pokój : TV broken , bed not made , bath dirty , minibar empty
Podsumowując w jednym dialogu muszą pojawić się wszystkie problemu np. z grupy 1 czyli restauracji (dotyczące jednego gościa) i tak samo z drugim ; )) .
- Excuse me! I'm sorry, but I have to complain about my meal. - What is it, Sir? - First of all, my order arrived way too late. Because of that my soup is cold! - I'm really sorry, Sir. Is there anything else wrong? - Yes, I'm afraid that my beef is too salty, the vegetables are overcooked and the bread is stale! - I'm terribly sorry, Sir. We'll fix it in a moment; you'll also be given a special satisfaction discount. The cook who's responsible for this will receive a penalty for his neglect. - Thank you, mister.
2.
- Excuse me! My name is Piotr Kowalski, I'm the guest who has booked a room for today in your hotel. I was given the number 210. - That's correct, I have your information in the hotel register. Is there anything wrong with your room, Sir? - My bed is not made and the bath is dirty. Alas, the TV was supposed to work, but it seems it's broken; and the minibar is empty. - I'm sorry, it seems we gave you the wrong room. The one you've got is not ready yet. You'll be transfered to the right room, number 211. Is there anything else? - That's all, I think. - In that case, we'll now move your luggage to the room 211. - Thank you, Sir.
