Many people cannot imagine a meal that doesn't contain meat, and think of vegetarianism as some sort of mental illness. I certainly do not belong to this group. To be honest, I do enjoy the occasional steak or hamburger but my diet is already mostly vegetarian, so the switch would be barely noticeable for me. The only thing I would need, is some kind of motivation. If someone offered me 100$ for being vegetarian for one month it would definitively not be a problem. I admire people who choose vegetarianism as their lifestyle for ethical reasons and I hope to be able to join them one day.
