      = x² + 500 - 40x
      = x² - 40x + 500
turunan fungsi f'(x)
f'(x) = 2x - 40
 0    = 2x - 40 
 40  = 2x
40/2 = x
  20 = x
nilai minimum 
f(20) = x² - 40x + 500
         = (20)² - 40(20) + 500
         = 400 -800 + 500
         = 100 juta rupiah
