Mógłby mi ktoś sprawdzić historyjkę na angielski? Chodzi mi o poprawność gramatyczną, bo nie wiem czy nie pomyliłam się gdzieś z czasami. Nie jestem też pewna w jednym wyrażeniu. Wszystkie uwagi będą mile widziane :)

They said they were lucky.
