Mike, 

My mom called me just a few minutes ago and I must take her to the hospital, cause her sister broke the leg. As you remember we invited Amy and she'll be here at 6 p.m so clean up the flat. And could you feed Scooby? The dog food is in the cupboard at the top. Give him just one bowl at about 2 p.m. 

I'll back as soon as possible.
