Mgłby ktoś mi pomóc napisać coś w podobie do tego?

I just would like to remind you that if you are in Poland and use American phone, you have to enter area code before the number. Area code in here is 075, then you enter Polish number you wish to call. Can I have your telephone number, please? (It would be easier to find each other if I will have your number too.) Nice to hear from you. I'm so happy that you are in Poland again and want to see me. Well, you mentioned that you can't phone me. I just want to remind you that you have to add the area code if you use your American mobile. It's +48 here. Then you can enter number you wish to call. But if something is wrong, could you send me your phone number? I could call you and then we could meet, it would be easier. Hope that we will meet soon, I can't wait to see you again!
