In order to boost their competitive advantage in delivering the best cash management solutions to their corporate customers - we are seeking dynamic, ambitious and business-driven candidates to undertake the role of Head of Cash Management Sales. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Manager with experience in managing cash management or relationship management sales teams to take responsibility over the entire cash management sales structure in a renewed corporate banking organisation.

Requirements:

Educated up to university degree level (economics, banking, etc) Min. 10 years of experience including min. 5 years on a managerial position in the area of sales Experience in corporate banking in cash management and/or relationship management is essential Very strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Fluency in English and Polish is a must

Responsibilities:

Manage Cash Management sales in the medium and large corporate segments (25+ sales persons) Maintain and increase revenue of client portfolio Cooperate with the Relationship Management to maximise cross-sell opportunities across all above-mention client segments Work closely with the Product and Implementation teams Lead and inspire the team under his/her control, managing, coaching and developing team members as appropriate in order to achieve business objectives Maintain and increase revenue of client portfolio
