Mam pytanie odnośnie listu formalnego. Mam ułożone 2 zdania ale nie wiem czy w dobrym czasie jest to użyte. Proszę o pomoc.

1.My mum likes listen to music in phone and she was very disappinted, because the sound isn't very good.

2.While I called to my mum she told me that she had not heard me.

I tu nie wiem czy ma być she had not herad me czy samo heard me.

Jeśli są źle, poprawcie mi te zdania. I jakbyście mogli krótko wytłumaczyć.

My mum likes listening to music on her mobile phone but she is very disappointed, because the sound isn't very good.

 

And when I called my mum, she told me that she couldn't hear me. 

 

Chociaż osobiście w tym drugim zdaniu także użyłabym czasu teraźniejszego, bo rozumiem, że problem cały czas istnieje. Czyli byłoby to tak:

And when I call my mum she can't hear me. (a kiedy dzwonie do mamy, ona mnie nie słyszy)
