Mam prośbe proszę żeby mi to ktoś przetłumaczył pomocy!!!
My perfect day healthy MENU

Breakfast - cup of tea, cereal with warm milk and fruit.
Lunch - a glass of milk, a few sandwiches with ham, cheese, tomato, lettuce, cucumber.
Dinner - a glass compote of cherries, some rice, salad with red cabbage and a few chops soy.
Afternoon snack - glass of orange juice or grapefruit juice, and dessert with plenty of fruit.
Dinner - a cup of tea, scrambled eggs.
