Me:"Fine,but you don't look so lucky today,i'm guessing there is something wrong with your bicycle?"
Anna:"Yeah there is,this flat tire has been bothering me since this morning"
Me:"Look,since you are new here,i am guessing that you don't know that there is a repair shop just down the street"
Anna:"Ohh really?"
Me:"Yes,it's right over.........there!!" *points to shop*
Anna:"But that is so far away"
Me:"Well,i'll help you,here i'll carry the bike,you just go back to the dorm,i'll leave the bike there"
Anna:"Ohh that's so sweet of you,thanks Farrell!"
Me:"Anything for a friend in need,Anna"
