Hi mate. I've just read your letter with the invitation for the trip. Thanks a lot you remember about me. I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

However, I need to know some more details. First thing: when are you planning that trip ? And the second thing: how are we going to get there ? I suppose that we'll have to fly there, but once we've got there how are we going to be travelling ? Are we going to hire a car or travel by trains ? And where are we going to spend nights ? I need to know that so that I can know how much money to save for the trip. It would be also very helpful if you could tell what necessary things I need to take with me.
